These terms apply to your use of lottohelper.ca ("the site"), which is operated by NextGen from British Columbia, Canada. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

It republishes publicly available Lotto Max and Lotto 6/49 results, calculates descriptive statistics from them, and publishes general guides about how Canadian lotto games work. We work hard to keep results and guides correct, and every result passes automatic checks before it is published. Even so, errors and delays can happen, and lottery rules change. Results and figures on this site are not official. Always verify winning numbers, prizes and claim rules with the lottery corporation that issued your ticket. If information here differs from an official source, the official source prevails.
3. Not professional advice
Guides about taxes, prize claims, scams and similar topics are general information only. They are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. For decisions about a large prize, investments or your tax situation, speak to a qualified professional.
4. No predictions
Lotto draws are random and independent. Nothing on this site — including frequency tables and statistics — predicts future draws or improves your chance of winning, and nothing on the site should be read as a recommendation to buy tickets.
