Corrections

Accuracy matters more than anything else on this site. If you spot a winning number, date, jackpot figure or rule that disagrees with an official source, please email us with:

the page address (for example, the Lotto Max results archive);
what looks wrong; and
a link to the official page that shows the correct information (BCLC, WCLC, OLG or your provincial lottery).

Confirmed errors in the results archives are fixed as soon as they are verified against the official source. Corrections to guides are made in place and the "Last updated" date is changed. Until a fix is published, always treat the official lottery corporation as correct.

Questions and suggestions

Questions about how a game works, ideas for new guides and feedback on the site are welcome. We cannot give legal, tax or financial advice for your personal situation, but we can point you to the official page that answers most common questions.

What we cannot help with

Checking or claiming tickets. We cannot see your ticket, tell you whether it won or pay a prize. Use your lottery corporation's app or a retailer's ticket checker, and see our guide to checking and claiming a prize.
Ticket sales. This site does not sell tickets and never will.
Number picks. We do not offer "lucky" or predicted numbers. No one can predict a random draw.

Please never email a photo of a lottery ticket or its barcode to us or anyone else. Whoever holds the barcode may be able to claim the prize. If someone contacts you claiming to be from lottohelper.ca and asks for a ticket, money or personal details, it is not us — read our guide to lottery scams in Canada.
